Dinner @ Kerri's House

For our November Founders we had dinner at Kerri's house where she made a wonderful dinner for us to enjoy and we found out that one of our founders is PREGNANT! Congratulations Mattie! We cannot wait to have another kid founder to join the group.

Memories

Ok, so I remember after the FBI year that we decided to take Senior pictures outside of the Old Tortila Factory and that Valerie really wanted to wear a fidora.

And then there is Erika and our journey to SpinFest in Orlando!

Academy DBC - Summer 2006

Ah the fun continued!! All the way to Madison where Liza had to save me (Kerri) from having a breakdown because I got stranded when I missed my connection to Madison due to my first flight being delayed! I arrived the next day just in time to watch the Academy win Division II. The Founders would have won the best dressed and most beautiful staff in drum corps (if they awarded such a thing). Chris Coyoli got the memo on how to dress too. The founders definitely represented but were missing Becky - she was at home ready to have Ms. Taylor. Love you guys!

Ah.....the good ol' times! What a crack up our summers were! So many fun memories. Mattie and I were laughing so hard after the scores were announced one night on tour that we were almost crying. It was all about where we could find the drum major tapes and the Nunamaker Award. :-) Love you guys! Love, Kerri (Ida)

Summer 2006 was an amazing summer. Val and I had the chance to be there when they announced that The Academy was to win Division II World Class Drum Corps Finals. In our hearts, we KNEW our Founders were with us!
